1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Asortino ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age required to access financial information services in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

As the Platform evolves, additional eligibility requirements may apply. Users will be notified of any material changes to eligibility criteria through updates to these Terms.

3. Jurisdictional Responsibility

The Platform is currently an informational service. As the Platform evolves to offer transactional and other features, additional eligibility requirements and geographic restrictions will apply and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform, and any action taken in relation to products or instruments referenced on the Platform, complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. Asortino makes no representation that the Platform or any content on it is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

4. Description of Service

Asortino is a financial data reference platform providing information about tokenized financial assets including equities, exchange-traded funds, fixed income instruments, commodities, and currencies. The Platform aggregates data from third-party providers and on-chain sources for informational purposes only.

5. Data Accuracy and Financial Disclaimer

The financial data, prices, and market information displayed on the Platform are sourced from third-party data providers, on-chain sources, and Asortino's own infrastructure. This data is provided for informational purposes only.

Asortino makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any data displayed on the Platform. In particular:

• Underlying asset prices — prices displayed on the Platform reflect the price of the underlying asset (equities, ETFs, fixed income instruments, commodities, currencies, and other financial instruments), not the price of any tokenized representation of that asset. The price of a tokenized instrument may differ from the price of its underlying asset due to dividend reinvestment mechanisms, rebasing adjustments, issuer fee structures, liquidity conditions, and other factors.
• Market data delays — market data may be delayed. Data displayed outside of regular market hours reflects the most recent available closing price and may not reflect after-hours or pre-market activity.
• Third-party data — financial data is sourced from third-party providers. While Asortino operates its own data infrastructure, portions of the data pipeline rely on external sources. Asortino is not responsible for errors, omissions, or interruptions originating from third-party data providers.
• On-chain data — smart contract addresses, issuer information, token details, and chain availability are maintained by Asortino and updated on a best-effort basis. This information may not reflect the most recent on-chain deployments, contract upgrades, or issuer changes. Always verify contract addresses independently before interacting with any smart contract or transferring assets.
• Issuer neutrality — Asortino displays information about tokenized financial instruments issued by third parties. Asortino does not endorse, recommend, or express any opinion on any issuer, token, or tokenized instrument listed on the Platform. The inclusion of any issuer or token on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement of that issuer's product, legal structure, custody arrangements, or financial soundness.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. Asortino is a data reference product. You should not make any financial or investment decision based solely on information displayed on this Platform. Always conduct your own independent research and consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decision.

6. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without prior written permission
• Use the Platform to redistribute or resell data to third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the underlying infrastructure of the Platform
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform or interfere with other users
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation

7. Intellectual Property

All content, data compilations, design, and software on the Platform are the property of Asortino or its data providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission.

Underlying financial data remains the property of the respective data providers and exchanges. Display of such data on the Platform is subject to licensing agreements with those providers.

8. Third-Party Links and References

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, block explorers, exchanges, and issuer platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. Asortino does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Asortino, its operators, employees, and data providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising from:

• Reliance on any data, information, or content displayed on the Platform
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in financial data
• Interruptions or unavailability of the Platform
• Any transaction or investment decision made based on information from the Platform
• Interaction with any smart contract address obtained from the Platform

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asortino and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

11. Modifications to the Platform

Asortino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. Asortino shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. As Asortino is not yet an incorporated entity, governing law and dispute resolution provisions will be updated upon incorporation. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform prior to incorporation shall be resolved by negotiation in good faith.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Asortino with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
