Procure Space ETF is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to deliver investment results corresponding generally to the performance of the S-Network Space Index, before fees and expenses. Launched in 2019, it focuses on companies engaged in space-related industries, where at least 80% of the fund's assets are invested in securities comprising the underlying index. These include firms deriving at least 50% of their revenue or profits from space segments such as rocket and satellite manufacturing, operation of satellite systems, ground equipment for satellite systems, space technology and hardware, space-based imagery and intelligence services, as well as telecommunications, television, and radio broadcasting reliant on space functions. The index is a modified capitalization-weighted, free-float and space revenue-adjusted equity index featuring small-, medium-, and large-cap companies from regions including the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific, with a concentration in U.S. firms.
